Postpartum Care at Home with Trini

The early days after welcoming a baby can be tender, beautiful, and also overwhelming. Trini's in-home postpartum support is designed to help families feel cared for, confident, and well supported during this important transition.

For the past seven years she has been a full spectrum doula in the Chicago area, but postpartum time has a special place in her heart for that reason three years ago, she started hosting postpartum retreats at her home, creating a space where new parents can rest, recover, and feel deeply supported. Through this work, Trini has developed a strong passion for postpartum care and the unique needs of families during the first weeks with a newborn.

Now she offers personalized postpartum support in your home, bringing the same nurturing care and attention directly to families during those early days and weeks.

As a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Lactation Consultant, and Childbirth Educator, Trini provides gentle guidance and practical help, including:

  • Emotional support

  • Newborn care guidance and understanding their cues

  • Breastfeeding and lactation support

  • Support with rest, recovery, and nourishment

  • Light household help related to baby care

  • Creating calm routines for the early weeks

Her goal is to help parents feel rested, confident, and supported as they grow into this new chapter.

Investment: $45-$50 per hour.

Testimonials

“Trini felt like an extension of my brain. She helped me do the research

on things that worried me or things I was curious about. It was also

important for me that my husband felt the positive energy with Trini and

they hit it off great which was key the day of my labor. It was a 30 hr

labor with lots of things going on and without Trini I am sure I would

have had a different outcome. During my labor she asked all the questions I would have asked if I wasn't so sleepy! And she truly was the leader of the team”
